Among the world-known unique products, which are the pride and glory of Russia, a special place belongs to shawls and shawls from the ancient town of Pavlovsky Posad near Moscow. During its more than two hundred year history the factory has developed a unique school of shawls, which preserves traditions and sharpens artists' skills. Each year about 400 kinds of shawls, scarves, shawls, scarves, shawls, stoles, tablecloths of natural fibers: wool, cotton, silk are produced at "Pavloposad Handkerchief Manufactory". Our film tells about the past and present of the Pavlovsk shawl, shows the whole process of its creation, allowing the viewer to touch the roots of Russian traditional art.
